A name or place entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside company operating that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its results. We do not retain or log those search terms on our own systems.

Visitor information is not turned into a third-party criminal file or a consumer report. This website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Independent companies operate the search boxes. Information entered there is governed by that company's privacy policy, retention terms, and sharing practices. Those choices are outside our control. Review the provider's policy before sending a query.

Links may lead to HCSO, Harris County courts, Texas agencies, legal resources, or outside search services. Once a visitor leaves this website, the destination's own policy controls. Read it before giving that site personal information.
Advertising companies may use their own systems to observe activity across websites and select targeted ads. We do not operate that cross-site tracking.
